NOTABIS collects only the information needed to operate the store, fulfil orders and support customers.

Information we collect

• Account details such as your name and email address.
• Order, payment and fulfilment information.
• Download activity and basic security information such as IP address and browser user agent when a protected file is downloaded.
• Messages you send to our support email.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Stripe may process information under its own privacy policy and terms.

How we use information

We use it to authenticate accounts, process payments, deliver products, provide re-download access, prevent abuse, handle refunds and answer support requests. We do not sell customer information.

Retention and security

We retain order and accounting records for as long as reasonably required by law and business obligations. Account and download data is protected with access controls, private storage and authenticated requests. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
